To provide a vehicular air conditioner applied to a hybrid vehicle and capable of executing comfortable air conditioning in a cabin.SOLUTION: A first heater core 21 and a first pump 22 are disposed in a first heating medium circuit 20 for circulating a first heating medium heated by exhaust heat of an engine EG. A second heater core 31 and a second pump 32 are disposed in a second heating medium circuit 30 for circulating a second heating medium heated by a water heating heater 33 of which heating capacity can be adjusted. In a first air conditioning mode, the second pump 32 is stopped and blowing air heated by the first heater core 21 is blown out into a cabin. In a second air conditioning mode, the first pump is stopped and blowing air heated by the second heater core 31 is blown out into the cabin. In a third air conditioning mode, the blowing air heated by both of the first heater core 21 and the second heater core 31 is blown out into the cabin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
