To provide a belt fixation device that may be inhibited from being deformed by an external force.SOLUTION: A belt fixation device 60 is provided with a base member 61 including a guide bottom wall portion 62, a pair of guide side wall portions 63, 64 connected to the guide bottom wall portion 62, and a first bridge portion 65 and a second bridge portion 66 connecting the pair of guide side wall portions 63, 64. Further, the belt fixation device 60 includes: a lock member 70 rotatably supported by the pair of guide side wall portions 63, 64 to hold a belt member 36 between the guide bottom wall portion 62 and the lock member; and a biasing member 80 biasing the lock member 70 to rotate to the base member 61 in one direction D1. Furthermore, the lock member 70 is located between the first bridge portion 65 and the second bridge portion 66 along a route of the belt member 36 formed between the first bridge portion 65, the lock member 70, and the second bridge portion 66 and the guide bottom wall portion 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
