To provide a vibration-proofing device capable of easily designing spring characteristics of a bush in a vertical axis direction and regulating rotation of the bush.SOLUTION: A vibration-proofing device comprises: a bush including a holding hole through which a stabilizer bar penetrates; and a bracket which has a circular inner surface and is non-adhesive with the bush. The bush includes: a main body of which an outer peripheral surface is enclosed and pressed by a circular inner surface; an extension part extending the main body in an axial center direction; and an expansion part which is disposed radially outside the extension part and expands a portion of an outer peripheral shape of the bush radially outsides from a virtual circle with an axial center of the holding hole defined as a center in a state where the main body is pressed by the circular inner surface. The expansion part has an expansion outer surface which is formed in a vertical axis and positioned outside the main body in a horizontal axis direction, and the bracket has a pair of regulation surfaces formed in the vertical axis and disposed at both sides of the expansion outer surface in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
