To improve an operability for a balance-type electric lifting device.SOLUTION: An electric lifting device can freely move up and down locked objects in balance and comprises lifting operation parts 7a, 7b to lock and raise/lower the objects, a motor part 2 to supply power to the lifting operation parts 7a, 7b, a weight detection part 5 to detect the weight applied to the lifting operation parts 7a, 7b and to output the weight signal, a position detection part 4 to detect the position of the lifting operation parts 7a, 7b and to output the position signal, a control part 10 to control the motor 2 and an operation commanding part 22a to command the operation to the control part 10. The control part 10 stores the registered object weight in a storage part 53a by the registration command from the operation commanding part, calculates an estimated value Fc of an external force applied to the lifting operation parts 7a, 7b and commands to the motor 2 by using the position signal from the position detecting part 4, the weight signal from the weight detection part 5, and the registered object weight from the storage part 53a when the locked objects are in the balanced state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19

    【課題】バランス型の電動昇降装置において、操作性の向上を課題としている。【解決手段】物品を係止して昇降させる昇降作動部7a、7bと、昇降作動部7a、7bへ動力を供給するモータ部2と、昇降作動部7a、7bに加わる重量を検出して重量信号を出力する重量検出部5と、昇降作動部7a、7bの位置を検出して位置信号を出力する位置検出部4と、モータ部2の制御を行う制御部10と、制御部10へ操作の指令を行う操作指令部22aと、を備えて係止した物品をバランス状態にて昇降自在にする電動昇降装置であって、制御部10は、登録物品重量を操作指令部からの登録指令にて記憶部53aに記憶し、係止した物品がバランス状態にある時、位置検出部4からの位置信号と、重量検出部5からの重量信号と、記憶部53aからの登録物品重量と、を用いて昇降作動部7a、7bに加わる外力推定値Fcを算出して、モータ部2への指令を行う。【選択図】図19
