To provide a new technique for achieving an automatic operation.SOLUTION: A passing permission/rejection control system 10 determines whether or not passing is to be permitted concerning a railroad crossing to which an automobile is approaching based on a railroad crossing warning prediction time of each railroad crossing when railroad crossing warning acquired from a train operation system 50 is performed, and transmits a passing permission notification to an on-vehicle device 30 of an automobile when permission is determined. Besides, the passing permission/rejection control system determines whether passing is to be permitted concerning an intersection to which an automobile is approaching based on a passing right giving timing for each passing direction at each intersection, and transmits the passing permission notification to the on-vehicle device 30 of an automobile when permission is determined. An automobile performs initial setting where stop setting is applied concerning each one of railroad crossings and intersections on a travel plan route, as automatic travel control setting of a travel plan route, and updates stop setting applied to an object railroad crossing or an intersection to passing possible setting when the passing permission notification is received from the passing permission/rejection control system 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自動運転を実現するための新たな技術を提供すること。【解決手段】通行許否制御システム10は、列車運行システム50から取得した踏切警報を行うとした場合の各踏切の踏切警報予測時刻に基づき、自動車が差し掛かる踏切について通行を許可するか否かを判断し、可と判断した場合に通行許可通知を自動車の車載装置30に送信する。また、各交差点の通行方向別の通行権の付与タイミングに基づき、自動車が差し掛かる交差点について通行を許可するか否かを判断し、可と判断した場合に、通行許可通知を自動車の車載装置30に送信する。自動車は、走行予定経路の自動走行制御設定として、走行予定経路上の踏切および交差点それぞれについて停止設定とした初期設定を行い、通行許否制御システム10から通行許可通知を受信した場合に、対象の踏切または交差点の停止設定を通行可能設定に更新する。【選択図】図1
