To provide an exhaust structure of a fuel cell vehicle which suppresses inflow of exhaust gas to an interior of a fuel cell vehicle and suppresses reduction of aerodynamic characteristic of an undercover even at the travel of a flooded road.SOLUTION: An exhaust structure 10 of a fuel cell vehicle 1 includes: a fuel cell 2 for driving; an exhaust pipe 3 which exhausts the exhaust gas G of the fuel cell 2; and an undercover 4 which is attached to the lower side of a vehicle body. The undercover 4 is formed with an opening 41 through which the exhaust pipe 3 is inserted. The exhaust pipe 3 includes: a first extension portion 31 which is inserted to the opening 41 and extends so as to protrude to the outside of the fuel cell vehicle 1 from the undercover 4; and a second extension portion 32 which extends along a surface 4a of the undercover 4 from a protrusion part 31a protruding to the outside of the fuel cell vehicle 1 from the undercover 4 of the first extension portion 31, and is formed with an exhaust port 33 exhausting the exhaust gas G on its tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
