To provide an operation management support system which suppresses hindrance in a train operation caused by a weather fluctuation.SOLUTION: A consolidated temporary speed regulation system 100 receives various kinds of information from a weather prediction system 101, a ground device 102, a station system 103, a notice transmission system 104, an operation management system 105, and a train 106 via an information transmitter-receiver part 1001, and determines an expected regulation section and a target regulation train by an information processing part 1002. The target regulation train is a target train of the speed regulation in the expected regulation section. Together with the speed regulation, a temporary speed is set for the train 106 passing through the expected regulation section. The temporary speed is the upper limit speed for the train 106 traveling in the expected regulation section. Moreover, the consolidated temporary speed regulation system 100 determines and updates the temporary speed for the target regulation train and generates and updates an expected diagram based on the temporary speed. Also, the consolidated temporary speed regulation system 100 transmits the expected diagram to the operation management system 105 and the temporary speed to the train 106 via the information transmitter-receiver part 1001.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】気象変動が列車の運行に支障をきたすのを抑制する。【解決手段】 臨速集約システム100は、気象予報システム101、地上機器102、駅システム103、通告伝達システム104、運行管理システム105および列車106より情報送受信部1001を介して各種情報を受信し、情報処理部1002にて予想規制区間および規制対象列車の判定を行う。規制対象列車は、予想規制区間において速度規制の対象となる列車である。この速度規制に伴って、予想規制区間を通過する列車106に臨時速度が設定される。臨時速度は、予想規制区間を走行している列車106の速度の上限である。さらに、臨速集約システム100は、規制対象列車に対する臨時速度を決定および更新し、臨時速度に基づいて予想ダイヤを作成および更新する。さらに、臨速集約システム100は、情報送受信部1001を介し、運行管理システム105に予想ダイヤを送信し、列車106に臨時速度を送信する。【選択図】図1
