To estimate an optimum route including a detour route with respect to the routes of a plurality of moving vehicles.SOLUTION: A route estimation system 1 for estimating the optimum routes of a plurality of moving vehicles 2 comprises: a shortest route generation unit 34 and a detour route generation unit 35 for generating the time-series candidates for the shortest and detour routes for each of the plurality of moving vehicles 2; a route allocation evaluation value calculation unit 36 for calculating the route allocation evaluation values of the time-series candidates for the shortest and detour routes for each of the plurality of moving vehicles 2; a movement distance evaluation value calculation unit 37 for calculating the movement distance evaluation values of the time-series candidates for the shortest and detour routes for each of the plurality of moving vehicles 2; a route collision evaluation value calculation unit 38 for calculating the route collision evaluation value of a combination of time-series route candidates for the plurality of moving vehicles 2; and an evaluation value comparison unit 39 for comparing the total value of the route allocation evaluation value, the movement distance evaluation value and the route collision evaluation value for a combination of time-series route candidates for the plurality of moving vehicles 2, and thereby estimating a combination of time-series route candidates for the plurality of moving vehicles 2 as an optimum candidate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
