To estimate a wind direction and a wind velocity at a landing point with a higher degree of accuracy than ever.SOLUTION: A rotary-wing airplane 1 comprises a camera 13 for acquiring an image of the periphery of a landing point, an anemometer 15 for measuring a wind direction and a wind velocity over the landing point, and a control part 18. The control part 18 acquires a shape of the periphery of the landing point on the basis of the acquired image, and calculates the wind direction and the wind velocity at the landing point on the basis of the shape of the periphery of the landing point and the wind direction and the wind velocity over the landing point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
