To provide a cooling control device of a storage battery and an electric vehicle which are capable of appropriately cooling a storage battery on the basis of temperature deviation in the vehicle.SOLUTION: A cooling control device (50) for a storage battery is mounted on an electric vehicle (1) which has a storage battery (23) for storing power for traveling and a cooling device (31) capable of cooling the storage battery by making a coolant flow through coolant flow channels including a first flow channel and a second flow channel. It comprises an estimation part (51) for estimating temperature distribution in the electric vehicle and a condition setting part (53) for setting operation conditions of the cooling device. The condition setting part (53) is capable of individually setting a condition of cooling the storage battery by using the first flow channel and a condition of cooling the storage battery by using the second flow channel on the basis of a temperature distribution which has been estimated by the estimation part (51).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
