To solve the problem in which a submersible vehicle hull could not have propulsion power due to a resistance of water flow around the hull traveling in water.SOLUTION: Provided is a submersible vehicle hull that provides propulsion power in which: since the submersible vehicle hull cannot provide a propulsion power due to resistance of the water flow around the hull, a hydraulic power generator is rotated by power of the water flow on the left and right sides of the hull; and a noise due to the water flow of the generated electric power is reduced by suppressing the noise with the left and right water discharge power of the hull.SELECTED DRAWING: None
