To provide a gas type airbag device which can be mounted on an unmanned aircraft and is highly practicable.SOLUTION: An inflator 25 for inflating an airbag 24 comprises a gas cylinder 26 of CO, and a valve module 28 attached to the gas cylinder by a screwed type. The valve module 28 includes a closing part 33 for keeping air tightness and closing an internal gas discharge path 32, and an initiator part 34 for breaking the closing part 33 by an input of an actuation trigger TrA. The COgas is discharged into the airbag 24 at a time through the broken closing part 33, for example, by forming the closing part 33 with low melting metal 50 and melting the low melting metal 50 with current of the actuation trigger TrA in a short time. Thus, an operation time from the occurrence of the actuation trigger TrA to the inflation of the airbag 24 can be shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】無人航空機に搭載可能な実用性の高いガス式のエアバック装置を提供すること。【解決手段】エアバック24を膨張させるインフレータ25は、CO2のガスボンベ26と、そのボンベにねじ込み式で装着されるバルブモジュール28とから構成される。バルブモジュール28は、気密を維持して内部のガス放出路32を閉塞する閉塞部33と、作動トリガーTrAの入力により閉塞部33を破壊するイニシエータ部34とを備える。例えば閉塞部33を低融点メタル50で形成し、作動トリガーTrAの電流で低融点メタル50を短時間で融解することで、破壊された閉塞部33を通じてエアバック24にCO2ガスを一気に放出させる。これにより、作動トリガーTrAの発生からエアバック24が膨張するまでの作動時間を短縮することができる。【選択図】図6
