To enable the estimation of an orbit of a positioning satellite and a time of the positioning satellite with high accuracy by using a ranging signal of two frequencies or more.SOLUTION: A positioning satellite 110 and a transmitter-receiver 120 bidirectionally transmit and receive a ranging signal F2 of a one frequency among spectrum-spread ranging signals of two frequencies or more in time division. The transmitter-receiver 120 receives a ranging signal F1 of other frequencies in the ranging signals of two frequencies or more from the positioning satellite 110. A satellite information estimation device 200 estimates an orbit of the positioning satellite 110 and a time of the positioning satellite 110 on the basis of ranging information acquired from the ranging signal of one frequency received by the transmitter-receiver 120, ranging information acquired from the ranging signal of one frequency received by the positioning satellite 110, and ranging information acquired from the ranging signal of the other frequencies received by the transmitter-receiver 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】2周波以上の測距信号を使用して測位衛星の軌道と測位衛星の時刻とを精度良く推定できるようにする。【解決手段】測位衛星110と送受信機120とが、スペクトラム拡散された2周波以上の測距信号のうちの1周波の測距信号F2を時分割で双方向に送受信する。送受信機120が、前記2周波以上の測距信号のうちの他周波の測距信号F1を測位衛星110から受信する。衛星情報推定装置200が、送受信機120によって受信された1周波の測距信号から得られる測距情報と、測位衛星110によって受信された1周波の測距信号から得られる測距情報と、送受信機120によって受信された他周波の測距信号から得られる測距情報とに基づいて、測位衛星110の軌道と測位衛星110の時刻とを推定する。【選択図】図1
