To provide a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition having good processability and having excellent balance between low hysteresis loss property and wet skid resistance when formed into a vulcanizate.SOLUTION: There is provided a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition which comprises (A) a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, (B) a conjugated diene-based polymer and silica, wherein (A) is a modified conjugated diene-based polymer having a shrinkage factor (g') measured by 3D-GPC of 0.40 or more and less than 0.86, a modification ratio of 50 mass% or more and an Mw of 200000 or more and 3000000 or less, in which a modification ratio of a component having a molecular weight which is 1/2 of a molecular weight at a peak top in a GPC curve is 1/2 or more of the modification ratio with respect to the total amount of the conjugated diene-based polymer and (B) is a conjugated diene-based polymer having a content of an aromatic vinyl compound in a conjugated diene-based polymer of 5 mass% or more and 45 mass% or less, a vinyl bonding amount of 25 mass% or less and a content of nitrogen of less than 3 mass ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】加工性が良好で、加硫物としたときに、低ヒステリシスロス性とウェットスキッド抵抗性とのバランスに優れた変性共役ジエン系重合体組成物を提供する。【解決手段】(A)変性共役ジエン系重合体と、(B)共役ジエン系重合体と、シリカと、を、含有する変性共役ジエン系重合体組成物であって、(A)が、3D−GPCによる収縮因子(g’)が0.40以上0.86未満であり、変性率が50質量%以上であり、Mwが20万以上300万以下であり、GPC曲線におけるピークトップの分子量の1/2である分子量成分の変性率が、共役ジエン系重合体の総量に対する変性率の1/2以上である変性共役ジエン系重合体であり、(B)が、共役ジエン系重合体中の芳香族ビニル化合物の含有量が5質量%以上45質量%以下であり、ビニル結合量が25質量%以下であり、窒素の含有量が3質量ppm未満である共役ジエン系重合体である、変性共役ジエン系重合体組成物。【選択図】なし
