To provide a road maintenance management system, a road maintenance management method, and a computer program that can determine a proper maintenance and repair method based on a degree of deterioration progress and a use situation of a road.SOLUTION: A road maintenance management system according to an embodiment has a road damage state information acquisition part, a road environment information acquisition part, a construction method and structure master acquisition part, and a repair candidate list creation part. The road damage state information acquisition part acquires road damage status information indicating a damage state of a road that is a target of the management. The road environment information acquisition part acquires environment information of the road. The construction method and structure master acquisition part acquires a construction method and structure master indicating information related to the repair of the road according to a structure rank of the road. The repair candidate list creation part that determines reappraisal of the structure of the road according to the environment information of the road and prepares a list of repair candidates including a repair method of the road based on the determination result for each repair candidate of the road using the road damage status information and the construction method and structure master.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】劣化進行度や道路の利用状況をもとに適切な維持修繕方法を判定することができる道路維持管理システム、道路維持管理方法及びコンピュータプログラムを提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態の道路維持管理システムは、路面損傷状態情報取得部と、道路環境情報取得部と、工法・構造マスタ取得部と、修繕候補リスト作成部とを持つ。路面損傷状態情報取得部は、管理対象の路面の損傷状態を示す路面損傷状態情報を取得する。道路環境情報取得部は、路面の環境情報を取得する。工法・構造マスタ取得部は、路面の構造ランクに応じた路面の修繕に関する情報が示された工法・構造マスタを取得する。修繕候補リスト作成部は、路面の環境情報に応じて路面の構造の見直しを判定し、路面損傷状態情報と工法・構造マスタとを用いて、路面の修繕候補毎の判定結果に基づく路面の修繕方法を含む修繕候補リストを作成する。【選択図】図2
