To provide a vehicle underfloor structure in which a connector and a battery can be appropriately protected even at the time of a vehicle front collision.SOLUTION: The vehicle underfloor structure comprises a battery 10, arranged under a floor of a vehicle, in which one or more connectors 18 protrude from a front end thereof, and a protector 14 that protects the one or more connectors 18 by covering the connectors from below, whose rear part is attached to the battery 10 and whose front part is fastened to a mounting bar 16 with a fastening bolt 42. The protector 14 is provided with a fastening hole 30 through which the fastening bolt 42 is inserted, and a notch part 32 that is joined to the fastening hole 30, behind the fastening hole 30 and allows the fastening bolt 42 to be separated from the protector 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
