To provide a vehicular air-conditioning system configured to be able to smoothly adjust temperatures of a battery mounted on a vehicle and an object to be air-conditioned other than the battery.SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioning system comprises an equipment temperature adjusting device 61 that adjusts temperatures of a battery 55 and a motor 65 for travelling by circulating heat media in the battery and the motor. The equipment temperature adjusting device has: circulation pumps 62, 63 and 87 which circulate the heat media in the battery and an object to be air-conditioned, a coolant-heat media heat exchanger 64 that exchanges heat of the coolant with heat of the heat media, an air-heat media heat exchanger 67 that exchanges heat of outside air with heat of the heat media, and three-way valves 81-83 that control circulation of the heat media into the battery and the motor for travelling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
