A conductor part 16 is formed of a plurality of conductors 71 serially connected with each other, and a semiconductive layer part 17 is formed of a plurality of semiconductive layers 74 connected to each other. When a ground fault occurs, a voltage is guided to the plurality of propulsion coils 7 by causing a vehicle 2 to run in a feeding section PS in a state that an inverter 11 and the plurality of propulsion coils 7 are disconnected, and a ground fault position is located on the basis of a measurement value of a voltage V1 between the conductor part 16 and the semiconductive layer part 17 measured when the voltage is guided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
