To provide a stimulus control device capable of generating a stimulus at a time appropriate for awakening a user.SOLUTION: A stimulus control device is provided, comprising: biological information acquisition means for acquiring biological information of a user; numerical value generation means for generating a numerical value based on the biological information; start instruction means configured to instruct stimulation means for stimulating the user to start generating a stimulus when the numerical value exceeds a first threshold; stop instruction acquisition means configured to acquire a stop instruction from the user instructing the stimulation means to stop the stimulus; and setting means for setting the first threshold based on the numerical value observed when the stop instruction is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
