To provide a prediction method and prediction system for facility deviation amount which can enable advance adjustment of a facility deviation amount before the occurrence of a larger than expected deviation.SOLUTION: A method for predicting a deviation amount of a facility that expands and contracts, in which more accurate predictions of facility deviation amounts after the current state are made by predicting a degree of change in the facility deviation amount from the current state based on accumulated data from the past to the present and environmental prediction data on the external environment of the facility. For example, a timing to adjust the facility deviation amount is notified before a lock deviation or the like occurs, with a point taken as the facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】設備偏移量に関して、想定以上の狂いが発生する前に調整できるようにするといった事前の調整を可能にするための設備偏移量の予測方法及び予測システムを提供すること。【解決手段】伸縮変位する設備の偏移量の予測方法であって、過去から現在までの蓄積データと、設備の外部環境についての環境予測データとに基づき、現在の状態から以後の設備偏移量の変化度合を予測することで、現在の状態以後の設備偏移量について、より正確な予測をし、例えば設備としての転てつ機におけるロック狂い等が発生する前に設備偏移量を調整すべきタイミングを知らせる。【選択図】図1
