To provide a dispersion that can be blended in a rubber composition to improve the fracture strength, fuel economy, and wear resistance of the rubber composition in a balanced manner, a method for producing the dispersion, a rubber composition containing the dispersion, and pneumatic tire prepared using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: A dispersion is obtained by mixing and dispersing microfibrillated vegetable fibers and oil and has a viscosity of 300-30000 mPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: None
