PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a rubber composition for a tire excellent in wet performance, low rolling resistance and wear resistance when formed into a tire, to provide a rubber composition for a tire produced by the production method and to provide a pneumatic tire produced by using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: The production method of a rubber composition for a tire has a first step of mixing a part of diene rubber, at least a part of an acid-modified polyolefin and a part of silica to produce a first mixture, a second step of mixing the first mixture, the remainder of diene rubber and the remainder of silica to produce a second mixture, and a third step of mixing the second mixture and a vulcanizing component to produce a rubber composition for a tire. In the production method, the mass ratio of BR to SBR in the rubber composition for a tire is 5:95 to 50:50; not less than 50 mass% of diene rubber added in the first step is BR; and the addition amount of BR added in the first step is 80 mass% or more of the total mass of BR contained in the rubber composition for a tire.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】本発明の課題は、タイヤにしたときのウェット性能、低転がり抵抗性および耐摩耗性に優れたタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法、これにより得られるタイヤ用ゴム組成物、および、これを用いて得られる空気入りタイヤを提供することである。【解決手段】本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造方法は、ジエン系ゴムの一部と酸変性ポリオレフィンの少なくとも一部とシリカの一部とを混合して第1混合物を得る第1工程と、第1混合物とジエン系ゴムの残分とシリカの残分とを混合して第2混合物を得る第2工程と、第2混合物と加硫成分とを混合してタイヤ用ゴム組成物を得る第3工程と、を有し、タイヤ用ゴム組成物中のBRとSBRとの質量比が5:95〜50:50であり、第1工程で添加するジエン系ゴムの50質量%以上がBRであり、第1工程で添加するBRの添加量がタイヤ用ゴム組成物に含まれるBRの全質量の80質量%以上である。【選択図】なし
