To accurately detect a heart rate of a human body.SOLUTION: A living body detection device 10 includes a transmission antenna 12 for transmitting a transmission radio wave to a body of a driver 2, a reception antenna 13 for receiving the radio wave passing through the human body as a reception radio wave, a body position estimation part 15, an antenna selection part 16, and a heart rate estimation part 20. The body position estimation part 15 obtains a body position of the driver 2 on the basis of signal levels of reception amplification signals Pa and Pb, and selects an antenna element at a position closer to the body position of the antenna elements 13a and 13b as an antenna for detection. The heart rate estimation part 20 estimates a heart rate of the human body on the basis of a reception signal output from the antenna element for detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】人体の心拍数を正確に検出する。【解決手段】生体検知装置10は、運転者2の人体に向けて送信電波を送信する送信アンテナ12と、人体を透過した電波を受信電波として受信する受信アンテナ13と、体位置推定部15とアンテナ選択部16と心拍推定部20とを備える。体位置推定部15は、受信増幅信号Pa、Pbの信号レベルに基づいて運転者2の体位置を求め、アンテナ素子13a、13bのうち体位置に近い位置のアンテナ素子を検出用アンテナとして選択する。心拍推定部20は、検出用アンテナ素子から出力される受信信号に基づいて人体の心拍数を推定する。【選択図】図1
