To provide a charge control device and a charge control system which can reduce a charge time of a power storage device.SOLUTION: An ECU 50, including a battery 30 which can charge and discharge, is applied to a vehicle 10 which charges the battery 30 with power supplied from a charger 60 outside the vehicle. The ECU 50 includes: a converter 40 which transforms the voltage of supply power from the charger 60 in such a manner that a charge voltage and a charge current to the battery 30 become within a tolerable range to output to a storage battery; a transformation indication unit 51 which instructs a converter 40; and a supply power request unit 52 which requests of the power supply of a constant voltage and a constant current to the charger 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】蓄電装置の充電時間を短縮可能な充電制御装置及び充電制御システムを提供すること。【解決手段】ECU50は、充放電可能なバッテリ30を有し、車外の充電器60からの電力供給によりバッテリ30の充電を実施する車両10に適用される。そして、ECU50は、バッテリ30への充電電圧及び充電電流がそれぞれの許容範囲内となるように、充電器60からの供給電力の電圧を変圧させて、蓄電池に出力させることをコンバータ40と、コンバータ40に対して指示する変圧指示部51と、充電器60に対して、定電圧で、かつ、定電流の供給電力を要求する供給電力要求部52と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
