A first cooling liquid passage 71, a first coolant passage 81, a second cooling liquid passage 72, and a second coolant passage 82 are arranged adjacently and alternately. The cooling liquid passage 70 and the coolant passage 80 are separated by a first wall 61, a second wall 62, and a third wall 63 arranged along a predetermined direction parallel to the second surface 32.
