To provide a power storage unit device for an electric carrier vehicle, which can be charged while it is mounted on the unmanned electric carrier vehicle and while it is not mounted on the unmanned electric carrier.SOLUTION: A power storage unit 25 comprises: a charging terminal 29 which can be connected with an external power source; a changeover switch 30 for switching between conducting electricity between a charging terminal 29 and a power storage module 27 and conducting electricity between the power storage module 27 and a power feeding terminal 28; and a control device 31 for controlling the changeover switch 30. When the charging terminal 29 is connected with the external power source, the control device 31 controls the changeover switch 30 so as to conduct electricity between the charging terminal 29 and the power storage module 27 while shutting off conduction of electricity between the power storage module 27 and the power feeding terminal 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
