To provide a rubber composition excellent in balance between a high elastic modulus and low loss properties.SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains a rubber component (A) containing: a multi-component copolymer (a1) having a conjugated diene unit, a non-conjugated olefin unit, and an aromatic vinyl unit; a modified conjugated diene polymer (a2); and a natural rubber (a3). The proportion of the multi-component copolymer (a1) in the rubber component (A) is 5-30 mass%, the proportion of the modified conjugated diene polymer (a2) in the rubber component (A) is 40-65 mass%, and the proportion of the natural rubber (a3) in the rubber component (A) is 15-40 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
