To support efficient joining while eliminating a waiting time when a vehicle and a user who will get thereon join.SOLUTION: A vehicle user joining support system comprises: a joining schedule setting unit (22) for, in response to an application of a user, setting a joining schedule including a joining point P and a joining time that a sharing vehicle 10 and a user join, a vehicle route Rv of the sharing vehicle 10 to the joining point P, and a user route Ry of the user to the joining point P; a notification unit (21) for notifying a vehicle terminal 3 and a user terminal 2 of information on the joining schedule; and a joining route setting unit (25) for, on the basis of estimation results of position estimation units (24, 23) which estimate a position of the sharing vehicle 10 and a position of the user, predicting an estimated time of arrival at the joining point P of the sharing vehicle 10 and the user and setting a joining route Rm along the vehicle route Rv or the user route Ry, with which the estimated time of arrival is later than the other, between the sharing vehicle 10 and the user.
