To propose a battery control device, battery control system, and battery control method, enabling deterioration in charging rate detection accuracy of a storage battery to be avoided and enabling charge/discharge of a secondary battery to be reliably controlled.SOLUTION: The battery control device comprises: a charging rate detection part detecting a charging rate of a storage battery on the basis of a physical quantity measured by a measurement part and characteristic information on the storage battery; an error detection part detecting a detection error of the charging rate; and a charging rate control part controlling the charging rate of the storage battery. The error detection part detects in real time an error of the charging rate of the storage battery detected by the charging rate detection part. On the basis of the error of the charging rate detected by the error detection part, the charging rate detection part switches a charging rate detection method for detecting the charging rate of the storage battery to another charging rate detection method as needed so that the error is reduced. The charging rate control part transmits to a host controller a charge/discharge command for commanding charging or discharging of the storage battery depending on a detection result of the error detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】蓄電池の充電率検知精度の悪化を確実に回避でき、信頼性高く二次電池の充放電を制御し得る電池制御装置、電池制御システム及び電池制御方法を提案する。【解決手段】計測部により計測された物理量及び蓄電池の特性情報に基づいて蓄電池の充電率を検知する充電率検知部と、充電率の検知誤差を検知する誤差検知部と、蓄電池の充電率を制御する充電率制御部とを設け、誤差検知部が、充電率検知部により検知された蓄電池の充電率の誤差をリアルタイムに検知し、充電率検知部が、誤差検知部により検知された充電率の誤差に基づいて、当該誤差を改善するように、蓄電池の充電率を検知する充電率検知方法を必要に応じて他の充電率検知方法に切り替え、充電率制御部が、誤差検知部の検知結果に応じて、蓄電池の充電又は放電を指示する充放電指令を上位制御装置に送信するようにした。【選択図】 図9
