To provide a center console structure which enables a bottom part of a storage part to expand to the vehicle rear to achieve improvement of convenience.SOLUTION: A center console structure comprises: a metallic inner frame 40 supporting a shift operation mechanism 25; and a resin outer sheath body 50 enclosing a periphery of the inner frame 40 and forming a decorative surface. A front part of the inner frame 40 inclines so that an upper member 46 is located at the front oblique upper side relative to a base member 41 at the floor surface side. The center console structure has a bottom part 60 extending in a vehicle anteroposterior direction to an area immediately blow an instrument panel 14 in front of the base member 41. Left and right sides 64 of the bottom part 60 are enclosed by left and right fence parts 51a formed by extending lower parts of left and right side wall parts 51 of the outer sheath body 50 forward, and a rear part is enclosed by a front lower part of the outer sheath body 50. Left and right sides of the upper side of the left and right fence parts 51a open in foot spaces of a driver seat and a front passenger seat 8 and are formed in a storage space 70 communicating with the foot spaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
