Each of the plurality of flat wiring members 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, and 12E contains a plurality of linear transmission members (for example, insulation wires 14, 15) and a base member for keeping the plurality of linear transmission members at a parallel state in at least a part in an elongation direction thereof (for example, a sheet material 18).
