To provide a method for manufacturing a resin-metal composite member by which a welding area can be reliably assured without leakage of a thermoplastic resin in an injection press method.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a resin-metal composite member comprises a metal flange on at least a part of a peripheral edge part. The method comprises: a setting process in which a metal sheet is set in a metal mold having at least a movable die and a stationery die; a first mold closing process in which the movable die is brought into contact with the metal sheet; an injection process in which a thermoplastic resin is injected between the stationery die and the metal sheet; and a second mold closing process in which the metal mold is closed. The metal sheet has a bent part, which is bent toward the stationery die, on at least a part of the peripheral edge part thereof. The second mold closing process includes processing for further bending the bent part thereby plastically deforming the same, and therefore, a metal flange can be formed without leakage of the thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】射出プレス法において、熱可塑性樹脂の漏れがなく確実に溶接領域を確保できる樹脂‐金属複合部材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の樹脂‐金属複合部材の製造方法は、周縁部の少なくとも一部にメタルフランジを備える。そして、少なくとも可動型と固定型とを有する金型内に金属シートをセットするセット工程と、上記可動型を上記金属シートに当接させる第1の型閉じ工程と、上記固定型と上記金属シートとの間に熱可塑性樹脂を射出する射出工程と、上記金型を閉じ切る第2の型閉じ工程と、を備えており、上記金属シートが、その周縁部の少なくとも一部に上記固定型に向けて屈曲した屈曲部を有し、上記第2の型閉じ工程が、上記屈曲部をさらに折り曲げて塑性変形させる処理を含むため、熱可塑性樹脂の漏れがなくメタルフランジを形成できる。【選択図】図1
