To provide a vehicle aerodynamic device that can reduce air resistance acting on a vehicle running independently and that can reduce air resistance acting on a vehicle towing a towed vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle aerodynamic device mounted on a vehicle 10 capable of towing a towed vehicle includes: a towing detection unit that detects whether a towed vehicle 12 is towed; a commutation device 60 that is disposed on the lower side of the vehicle 10 to move a commutation member 62 between a storage position where the commutation member is stored toward the inner side of the vehicle 10 and a deployment position where the commutation device is deployed toward the outer side of the vehicle 10; and a commutation device controller 80 that determines presence or absence of towing of the towed vehicle detected by the towing detection unit and the type of the towed vehicle to control operation of the commutation device 60 in accordance with the type of the towed vehicle or in accordance with a running mode selected by operation by an occupant in the vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
