To obtain a simple configuration which can increase the temperature of an auxiliary power supply even in a low temperature environment.SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle auxiliary power control device 3, a control unit 10 can perform charge operation in which a first switch part SW1 is switched to an ON state and a second switch part SW2 is switched to an OFF state, and discharge operation in which the first switch part SW1 is switched to an OFF state and the second switch part SW2 is switched to an ON state. Then, exothermic heat generated in a resistor part 22 by the charge operation and the discharge operation performed by the control unit 10 causes the temperature increase of the auxiliary power supply 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
