To provide a device that prevents reduction of a lift even when the angle of attack of a flap provided on a main wing or the like of an aircraft is increased.SOLUTION: A wing structure 1 is for an aircraft, and includes a stationary wing 3, a flap 4 extendable so that an air flow passage is formed between the flap and the stationary wing, and at least one plasma actuator 20 for inducing an air flow for suppressing or reducing separation of air at the upper surface side of the flap, which air includes air flowing from the lower surface side of the stationary wing to the upper surface side of the flap via the flow passage in a state that the flap is extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
