To provide a technology for preventing a trouble in flight.SOLUTION: A navigation device includes: information acquisition means for acquiring obstacle information indicating an arrangement region of an obstacle in three-dimensional space and influence information indicating an existence region of an object to be influenced which influences on a flight and a degree of the influence; route calculation means for calculating a plurality of patterns of travel routes in which a moving body can move by avoiding the obstacle on the basis of the obstacle information acquired by the information acquisition means; influence calculation means for calculating magnitude of influence of the object to be influenced on a moving body for each travel route calculated by the route calculation means and travel time required for movement of the travel route on the basis of the influence information acquired by the information acquisition means; route determination means for determining any travel route of which the magnitude of influence and the travel time calculated by the influence calculation means are respective predetermined thresholds or less among travel routes calculated by the route calculation means as a travel route of moving body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】本発明は、飛行に支障を来すような事態を防止するための技術を提供する。【解決手段】三次元空間内の障害物の配置領域を示す障害情報、および、飛行に影響を及ぼす影響対象の存在領域とその影響の程度とを示す影響情報、を取得する情報取得手段と、情報取得手段により取得された障害情報に基づき、障害物を避けて移動可能な移動経路を複数パターン算出する経路算出手段と、情報取得手段により取得された影響情報に基づき、経路算出手段により算出された移動経路それぞれについて影響対象が移動体に及ぼす影響の大きさ、および、該移動経路の移動に要する移動時間を算出する影響算出手段と、経路算出手段により算出された移動経路のうち、影響算出手段により算出された影響の大きさおよび移動時間がそれぞれ所定のしきい値以下となっているいずれかの移動経路を、移動体の移動経路として決定する経路決定手段と、を備える。【選択図】図3
