To realize both of a reduction in exhaustion of hazardous components from a vehicle when starting an internal combustion engine and a reduction in power required to electrically heating the engine in a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus enabled to electrically heat the engine.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: heating-means for heating an internal combustion means by being heated by receiving a supply of power; heat exchange control means for controlling a heat exchange system so that an EV waste heat is transferred to the engine when a hybrid vehicle performs an EV travel; and power control means for causing a battery to supply the heating-means with power before the engine is started in the case of predicting that the engine does not become a given warmed state before the engine is started, or causing the battery to not supply the heating-means with power in the case of predicting that the engine becomes the given warmed state before the engine is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
