To provide a press-formed product 1 in which both workpieces 2 and 3 are at least partly superposed on each other and are engaged with each other so as not to cause positional displacement.SOLUTION: Both workpieces 2 and 3 are heated without being superposed on each other. Both of the heated workpieces 2 and 3 are transferred into between an upper die 4 and a lower die 5, and are brought into such positions that the second workpiece 3 is superposed on the first workpiece 2. By a pressing step of lowering the upper die 4, there is obtained a press-formed product 1 in which both of the workpieces 2 and 3 are superposed on each other in at least part of each workpiece. Before or after the pressing step, a caulking tool 6 for plastically deforming both of the workpieces 2 and 3 or only the second workpiece 3 is lowered independently of the upper die 4. Thereby, the superposed parts of the first workpiece 2 and the second workpiece 3 are brought into such a state as to be engaged with each other and prevented from being displaced from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】両ワーク2,3が少なくとも一部において互いに重なり且つ位置ずれを生じないように係合してなるプレス成形品1を得る。【解決手段】両ワーク2,3各々を互いに重ねることなく加熱し、加熱された両ワーク2,3を上型4と下型5の間に搬入して、第1ワーク2の上に第2ワーク3が重なった姿勢にし、上型4を下降させるプレス工程により、両ワーク2,3が各々の少なくとも一部において互いに重なったプレス成形品1を得る。プレス工程の前後において、両ワーク2,3を又は第2ワーク3のみを塑性変形させるためのかしめ工具6を上型4とは独立して下降させることにより、第1ワーク2と第2ワーク3との重なり部分を互いに係合してずれない状態にする。【選択図】図3
