To provide a radio communication system and a radio communication equipment arrangement method each of which enables the cost thereof to be suppressed, and furthermore enables satisfactory communication quality to be materialized.SOLUTION: The radio communication system comprises: first radio communication equipment installed in a mobile object; and a plurality of second radio communication equipment installed along a moving route of the mobile object. The position of the second radio communication equipment is determined on the basis of at least one of the intensity, the error rate and the signal-to-noise ratio of a first signal transmitted by the first radio communication equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
