To reduce energy consumption for transporting and recovering sea bottom resources in deep sea to sea surface.SOLUTION: A buoyancy device is provided facilitating raising of an undersea self-elevating vessel by buoyancy of air with a composition of a sea work vessel in a system and an undersea self-elevating vessel for resource recovery self-elevating between a sea-bottom work base to sea surface and furthermore with a system for supplying air in the atmosphere to sea-bottom by providing an air duct from the undersea work terminal to the sea surface, and the undersea self-elevating vessel for resource recovery includes a loading unit for loading sea bottom resources and a floating body composed of a cylinder and a piston, the loading unit is linked to the piston and when undersea resources are loaded to the loading unit, the loading unit is lowered by weight of the sea-bottom resources,the piston is moved within the cylinder, and a vacuum state is created by having space inside the cylinder expanded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】深海の海底資源を海上まで運搬して回収する為のエネルギー消費を軽減する。【解決手段】海上作業船と、海底作業基地と海中を昇降する資源回収用海中昇降船から成る構成で、さらに、前記海底作業基地から海面上まで通気管を設けて大気中の空気を海底まで供給できるシステムで、前記資源回収用海中昇降船は、海底資源を積載する積載部と、シリンダーとピストンで構成した浮力体を備えていて、前記積載部は前記ピストンと連動していて、海底資源を前記積載部に積み込むと、海底資源の重量で前記積載部は下降し、前記ピストンも前記シリンダー内で移動し、該シリンダー内の空間が拡大され真空状態が作りだされて、前記通気管から前記シリンダー内に空気が吸い込まれることで、該空気による浮力で資源回収用海中昇降船の上昇を容易にする浮力装置を提供する。【選択図】図3
