To provide a structure of reinforcing a vehicle skeleton member with fiber reinforced resin material, capable of restraining generation of a cost increase and degradation in adhesive property between a vehicle skeleton member and a fiber reinforced resin material.SOLUTION: A vehicle skeleton structure 40 includes an adhesive sheet 42, a first fiber reinforced resin material 44 and a second fiber reinforced resin material 46. The adhesive sheet 42 is made to adhere to a plate-like outer panel 22 extending in one direction, being overlapped thereon in the thickness direction. The first fiber reinforced resin material 44 has a plurality of carbon fiber 48 different from each other in the orientation direction and is arranged, being spaced from the outer panel 22 in the thickness direction. The second fiber reinforced resin material 46 has a plurality of carbon fibers 49 oriented with a crossing direction as an orientation direction, is made thinner than the thickness of the first fiber reinforced resin material 44 and is sandwiched between the adhesive sheet 42 and the first fiber reinforced resin material 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
