To reduce tolerance dose, volume and costs for a resistive element for a battery charging/discharging device.SOLUTION: A ground fault detection circuit 16 is connected with a feed line 15 connecting a charging/discharging connector 11 which is connected with an external battery 22 and a charging/discharging capacitor 14 which is connected with a DC/AC inverter 13. A serial circuit of a first relay 17 and a double use resistive element 18 is inserted between the ground fault detection circuit and the charging/discharging capacitor, and a second relay 20 is connected in parallel with the serial circuit. A circuit breaker 21 for discharge is connected between a connection point N1 between the first relay and the double use resistive element and a grounding part. When the circuit breaker for discharge is turned on from a state in which the second relay is on, the second relay is switched to an off state before turning on of the circuit breaker for discharge, and after that, the circuit breaker for discharge is turned on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
