To provide a manufacturing method of a micro-fibrillated vegetable fiber/rubber composite which can improve claim performances of a tire in a good balance by dispersing micro-fibrillated vegetable fiber in rubber to blend to a rubber composition.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a micro-fibrillated vegetable fiber/rubber composite includes: a step making a mixture liquid by blending an anionic surfactant and a micro-fibrillated vegetable fiber dispersion; and a step blending the mixture liquid and the rubber. The anionic surfactant has a hydrophobic group and a hydrophilic group. The average fiber diameter of the micro-fibrillated vegetable fiber is 4-100 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】ゴム中でミクロフィブリル化植物繊維を微細に分散させ、ゴム組成物に配合するとタイヤの要求性能をバランス良く改善できるミクロフィブリル化植物繊維・ゴム複合体を製造する方法等を提供する。【解決手段】ミクロフィブリル化植物繊維・ゴム複合体を製造する方法であって、該製造方法は、陰イオン性界面活性剤と、ミクロフィブリル化植物繊維分散液とを混合し混合液を作製する工程、及び、該混合液とゴムとを混合する工程を含み、前記陰イオン性界面活性剤が、疎水性基及び親水性基を有し、前記ミクロフィブリル化植物繊維は、平均繊維径が4〜100nmであることを特徴とするミクロフィブリル化植物繊維・ゴム複合体の製造方法。【選択図】なし
