The drive assistance control device 100 comprises: an acquiring unit 103 that acquires a detected traveling state of the vehicle and a detected traveling environment of the vehicle; and a control unit 101, P1 that, in a case where a curvature radius of a travel trajectory of the vehicle 500 is equal to or smaller than a predetermined radius threshold, causes an operation assistance unit to execute collision avoidance assistance by using, as an actuation region for the collision avoidance assistance, a reduction actuation region reduced from a reference actuation region, serving as a reference. In a case where a determination is made that the vehicle is constantly turning, the control unit 101, P1 causes the operation assistance unit 31 to perform the collision avoidance assistance by using the traveling state of the vehicle and the traveling environment of the vehicle even if the radius curvature of the travel trajectory is equal to or smaller than the radius threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
