To provide an underrun protector capable of suppressing reduction of rigidity, securing a desired length and reducing weight of the underrun protector.SOLUTION: A front member 11 of a FUP 10 is formed into a long-size in a vehicle width direction and partitions a front side of an internal space of the FUP 10. A rear member 12 of the FUP 10 is formed into a long-size in the vehicle width direction, extends along an extension direction of the front member 11 on a rear side of the front member 11 and is fixed to the front member 11, and partitions a rear side of the internal space of the FUP 10.
