To provide a vehicular ventilation air-conditioning system and a ventilation method which are capable of performing just enough and appropriate ventilation.SOLUTION: A air-conditioning control device determines whether a boarding door 3 of a railway vehicle 1 is open. The air-conditioning control device ventilates, upon determination that the boarding door 3 is not open, a cabin 2 of the railway vehicle 1 by a necessary ventilation amount when the traveling speed of the railway vehicle 1 becomes lower than a reference speed, and ventilates the cabin 2 by a ventilation amount greater than the necessary ventilation amount when the traveling speed of the railway vehicle 1 becomes higher than the reference speed and a difference between the indoor temperature of the cabin 2 and a target temperature exceeds a reference value. The air-conditioning control device ventilates the cabin 2 by a ventilation amount smaller than the necessary ventilation amount by a natural ventilation amount upon determination that the boarding door 3 is open.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】過不足のない適切な換気を行うことができる車両用換気空調システム及び換気方法を提供する。【解決手段】空調制御装置は、鉄道車両1の乗降扉3が開状態にあるか否かを判定する。空調制御装置は、乗降扉3が開状態にないと判定した場合に、鉄道車両1の走行速度が基準速度を下回ると、必要換気量で鉄道車両1の客室2を換気し、鉄道車両1の走行速度が基準速度を上回り、かつ、客室2の室内温度と目標温度との差が基準値を越えると、必要換気量よりも多い換気量で客室2を換気する。空調制御装置は、乗降扉3が開状態にあると判定した場合に、必要換気量よりも自然換気量だけ少ない換気量で客室2を換気する。【選択図】図1
