Cold storage material containers 15 inside which a cold storage material is enclosed are arranged in the container gaps 14A so as to be in contact with the refrigerant circulation pipes 12, and outer fins 16 are arranged in the fin gaps 14B so as to be in contact with the refrigerant circulation pipes 12. Widths W1 in the left-right direction of the container gaps 14A and widths W2 in the left-right direction of the fin gaps 14B are 3-4 mm and equal to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
