To provide a wheel damper structure which can vary damper characteristics between when a vehicle accelerates and when back torque acts on a driving wheel with a small and light-weight structure.SOLUTION: The invention is applied to a saddle-riding type vehicle (1) having a damper chamber (63) provided at a wheel hub (60); a damper member (70) housed in the damper chamber (63); and a sprocket holder (55) supported on the wheel hub (60) through the damper member (70). The damper member (70) is formed into a column shape forming a circular shape in a vehicle body side view. The damper member (70) is formed with a hole part (73) into which a protrusion (56) extending from the sprocket holder (55) in an axial direction is inserted. The hole part (73) is provided offsetting from a damper center (C2) of the damper member (70) to a side of a normal rotation direction of a rear wheel (WR). The hole part (73) is positioned on a circle (L) having a radius (R) formed by a straight line connecting an axle center (C1) of an axle (24) with a damper center (C2) of the damper member (70).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
