To provide a novel technique capable of determining whether an operation is abnormal or not on the basis of an entire operation of a railway facility such as a switch machine.SOLUTION: Evaluation reference operation data is created by acquiring an average value μ and a standard deviation σ of torques at each stroke position in a range from start to end of switching operation on the basis of a plurality of pieces of past operation data of an object switch machine, while regarding operation data as data of torque at each stroke position. Then new operation data of the object switch machine is compared with the evaluation reference operation data so as to acquire an abnormality degree a(i) at each stroke position i and calculate the transition of an abnormality degree a. Finally a total abnormality degree is calculated as a total sum of the abnormality degree a(i) at each stroke position i and the state of the switch machine is determined by comparing the total sum with a subscribed threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】転てつ機等の鉄道設備の動作全体から当該動作に異常があるか否かを判定することを可能とする新たな技術を提供すること。【解決手段】動作データを、ストローク位置に対するトルクのデータとし、対象の転てつ機の過去の複数の動作データをもとに、転換動作の開始から終了までの範囲の各ストローク位置についてトルクの平均値μ及び標準偏差σを求めて、評価基準動作データを作成する。次いで、対象の転てつ機の新たな動作データをこの評価基準動作データと比較して、各ストローク位置iの異常度a(i)を求めて異常度aの推移を算出する。そして、各ストローク位置iの異常度a(i)の総和である総合異常度を算出し、これを所定のしきい値と比較して、転てつ機の状態を判定する。【選択図】図3
