To provide an electric assistance vehicle that notifies an occupant and can upgrade the occupant's convenience.SOLUTION: An electric assistance system 51 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a controller 70 that outputs a control signal prompting generation of a drive assistance output of a magnitude dependent on the human power of an occupant and a drive assistance ratio, and an electric motor 53 that generates the drive assistance output on the basis of the control signal. The electric assistance system 51 further includes a notifier 60 that notifies the occupant of a traveling mode in which an upper limit of the drive assistance ratio is larger than a predetermined ratio, and receptors 65 and 63b that receive an instruction inhibiting the occupant from performing notification. When the traveling mode in which the upper limit of the driving assistance ratio is larger than the predetermined ratio is designated, the controller 70 implements control of allowing the notifier 60 to perform notification. When the receptor 65 or 63a receives the instruction inhibiting the occupant from performing notification, the controller implements control of inhibiting the notifier 60 from performing notification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
